Establishing a good routine is necessary to start your day. Let’s get into five ways you can make your morning routine better.
1. No Snooze
The temptation of the snooze button is strong! But if you wake up at your alarm’s first notice you can jump-start your day or enjoy a little time to yourself. Try going to bed and waking up at the same time each day. Set your alarms and stick to them.
2. Do Not Check Your Phone
Most of us are guilty of checking our phones first thing in the morning. Scrolling social media, checking emails…all before we roll out of bed.
Give your mind some time for relaxation before starting your day. Set a simple rule for yourself, like no phone until after breakfast.
3. Shower & Get Dressed
