Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we want you to be satisfied and will address all order concerns. In the event that you have an issue with your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@prbodyessentials.com with your full name and order number.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, exchanges are not accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the matter. We will contact you via email and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
